Key Responsibilities:
- Create unique and eye-catching artwork for apparel and accessories.
- Collaborate with executives to conceptualize and execute design ideas.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and incorporate them into designs.
- Prepare and present design proposals to internal and external stakeholders.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback.
- Ensure all artwork meets technical and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the affiliate marketing program, including recruiting new affiliates and maintaining relationships with existing partners.
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, sales, and brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyse affiliate performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials for affiliates.
