1. Can I customize my t-shirt design?

No, not yet. Personalisation is in the pipeline but in-truth, we do not have the infrastructure to launch this yet. 

You can submit a design you like in our design competition. The winner gets a free garment with their design. Head over to our IG to enter.

2. What types of t-shirts do you offer?

We currently offer short-sleeve Oversize T-shirts. Other T-shirt types such as slim fit etc are in the pipeline. We are also working on expanding towards hoodies, hats, joggers and more so keep an eye out. For sneak pre-views and secret access subscribe to our mailing list at the bottom of this page.

All our t-shirts are made from high-quality materials for maximum comfort and durability.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?

Typically, orders are processed and printed within 3-5 business days. Shipping time varies based on your location but usually takes an additional 5-20 business days.

4. What printing methods do you use?

We use several printing methods including direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, screen printing, and heat transfer. 

Embroidery is in the pipeline.

5. What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges for defective or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange.

6. How do I care for my printed t-shirt?

To ensure the longevity of your printed t-shirt, wash it inside out in cold water, use mild detergent, and tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Avoid using bleach or ironing directly on the design.
